1. Introduction
At Zlaxyronthrexxon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights and the procedures for returning products purchased from our website zlaxyronthrexxon.ddd.
This policy complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Finnish consumer protection laws.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal is granted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refund Timeline: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
Refund Method: We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Returning the Goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product must not be damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- All original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
These exceptions are in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To report a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- Include photographs of the damage or defect if applicable
- Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved
For defective products, you are entitled to remedies under the EU Sales of Goods Directive, including repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.
8. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address we provide

9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Processing Time: Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
10. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
11. Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns under the right of withdrawal.
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs for products that were defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly.
12. Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, you have a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased from us. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you have the right to have the product brought into conformity, receive a price reduction, or terminate the contract.
The legal guarantee period is at least 2 years from the delivery of the product. We are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within this period.
